Reporting to the Regional VP for Business Development and Market Intelligence this Singapore-based role is responsible for developing mid- to long-term growth strategies in defined geographies /franchises/BUs to ensure sustained, healthy and industry leading growth of Bayer Schering in the Asia Pacific region, covering 13 countries including Australia, Taiwan, Pakistan and India.
Future growth opportunities of the Company in Asia Pacific lie in both internal and external initiatives. The ideal candidate will help identify and recommend growth strategy to sustain industry leading growth trend of the Company.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting global/regional strategy projects in multiple countries in close coordination with the business units and regions;
- Managing and supporting country specific growth strategy;
- Providing coordination and selection support of external vendors and service provider.
