Our client is one of Australia's big banks they are looking for Quality Improvement Specialists to join their Group Operations. Roles to be based in Sydney and Adelaide.
The roles report to the Head of Quality Management and are responsible for establishing the Quality Review and Process Improvement function within Group Operations. The Quality Improvement Specialists will have internal and external business relationships and interactions.
Candidates will ideally have qualifications or training in the quality space, as well as experience in an operations environment. The candidates will be competent with systems such as ISO and TQM and have Lean Six Sigma Black Belts.
