Our client, a construction company specialized in pre-fabricated cement, is currently seeking a:

General Director, to be based in Sofia


Main responsibilities:
- Managing entirely the production cycle (planning, production, assembly, delivery/maintenance)
- Reporting directly to the CEO

Your profile:
- Engineering degree
- 5+ years’ experience in the prefabricated cement buildings and/or in the construction sector
- Good planning, interpersonal, organizational skills
- Ability to improve the working human resources and to relate with the company's key client
- Flexible, dynamic, determined, a problem solver and target-orientated
- Ideally previous experience in East Europe and/or Balkans.
- Fluent English and Bulgarian (Italian would also be an advantage)
- Driving license (cat. B)
