HR Business Partner – Regional HR Manager
Lower Rhine - Germany


Responsibilities

• Personal planning: You put the right employee on the right job at the right time. Implementing of necessary further development strategies and their tracking.
• Recruiting: Focusing the budget, you will place new candidates to existing and new jobs, writing of employee profiles, internal/external recruitment, selection interviews, contract making, salary calculation
• Salary accounting: GER, NL, AU, overview of the process of the salary accounting
• Programme, Policies and Process: Roll-out and communication with e.g. Performance Review, Talent Review, Merit Review, co-operation with international project groups in the US and Switzerland. Development of policies and processes focusing strategy, costs and time schedule
• Employee Relations: Contact person for employees concerning questions and problems, realization of the yearly poll “Voice of the Employee”, evaluation together with the Senior Management, supervision of change process
• Co-operation with Senior Management/Leadership and Work committee: Exchange of company strategy, planning of papers for the local staff, developing company agreements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Business or Psychology studies with focus on human resource management, industrial psychology and organisation
• 5-8 years of business experience in the HR in an international environment
• Good knowledge of employment law
• Experience in leading small employee teams and working in matrix structures
• Good knowledge of project management
• Strong written and oral communication skills both on national and international level
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Results-oriented, proactive working practices and assertiveness
• Flexibility and openness to change and high ability to work in a team
• Fluent in Spoken and Written - German and English
