ExecutiveSurf takes data protection extremely seriously.

• Our database is not available to any third party. Details of registered users are communicated to a client only once express authorisation has been given by the candidate. Clients may access anonymous profiles only. From these it is impossible to guess the identity of the candidate.
• Likewise, any confidential information regarding the client is treated with the utmost discretion in all stages of the search.
• Access to the database by ExecutiveSurf staff is strictly monitored and controlled.
• All information is readily available to the candidate who may at any time modify or cancel registration.
• ExecutiveSurf works within the Data Protection Act. ExecutiveSurf guarantees not use the information given for any other than the stated purpose of recruitment research. Any information provided to us, whether electronically or otherwise is subject to the constraints of the Data Protection Act. In other words, the information will only be used for its stated purpose: the search for executives on behalf of corporate clients. No field is compulsory in filling out the forms. The forms do not ask for sensitive information. Any such information will be disregarded. Given that the forms will only be used for the above stated activity, it is implicitly understood that candidates give their consent for their information to be used in this way.
